The Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) will hold a briefing at 1:00 PM (EST) to discuss the science portions of the budget. You can register for the web cast of this briefing here.
Just a FYI--President Obama released his FY 2011 budget this morning. According to an HHS summary, the budget requests $32.089 billion for NIH, an increase of $1 billion (3.2%) over FY 2010.

I am pleasantly surprised by the R&D funding in the budget. I was pretty sure it would stay flat, at best.
